We're Willie & Kim!

We create photo and film experiences where you are fully understood and represented without the pressure of doing it all yourself, or comparing yourself to others. We enjoy capturing the essence of who you are and helping you communicate that to the world with confidence.

Welcome to our

When is the last time you made the effort to print your photos? When I was younger, I remember sitting with my brother on the living room floor, flipping through my mom’s old albums filled with 4×6 photos. It was fun to see us as babies, reminisce about past vacations and experiences, and see and learn about other family members. As an adult, we still pull those photos out sometimes to relive the memories.

As parents, we find ourselves taking pictures of our kids ALL. THE. TIME. We haven’t done the best job of keeping them updated, but our kids already love looking through the three-ring binders that we’ve created with their baby pictures.

Too often though, these photo highlights get put on social media, then deleted from the phone to make space or  end up floating in the cloud somewhere. Unfortunately, the same thing often happens with the professional photos we invest the time and money into creating.

What you’re going to do with your images is perhaps the most important aspect to consider when you’re planning for a photo session, but it’s all too often the aspect that’s overlooked… all that time and money invested deserve a better return than photos gathering dust on a hard drive, floating in a cloud, or posted to a social media platform that we don’t own. You’ll never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will seeing them on your wall or flipping through the pages of an album. Printing photos, canvases, and albums doesn’t have to be reserved for weddings. If you haven’t been printing your photos, it’s time to start.

Here are our top 4 reasons why you should

take the initiative this year to print your photos:

1. Technology Fails.

We LOVE technology. Having a computer crash or a hard drive fail is actually one of our biggest fears. And if your photos aren’t stored there or on your phone, they just live in the cloud or on a social media platform that may not be here forever. Where are our MySpace people? Printing your favorite photos ensures that you have tangible copies of your memories if technology fails you.

2. You Don’t Look at Them.

Seriously, how often do you go scroll your phone for old photos or pull out that disc or flash drive to look at old photos. Seldom? Never? We thought so. Imagine a small photo album on your living room coffee table, your office waiting room, or a canvas hanging in the entryway of your home. We guarantee your photos will get more attention if they’re printed and visible.

3. Photos Make Great Decor.

Just like the coffee table album or that printed canvas. Take your favorite photos and print them, frame them, or hang them.

4. ‘Hold’ onto the Memories.

Your children and their children will be grateful. Having the ability to look back in time is priceless. Make sure that generations to come get the opportunity to cherish the memories.

“We experience digital photos like a dream. Just as a dream vanishes when we wake up, a digital photo vanishes as we scroll past it or close the file. But as a print, your photograph becomes part of the real world and a part of your life.”

Try this…hold a printed photo in your hand (if you can find one) while also viewing your image on your phone/computer. It just feels different and closer. Now imagine that it’s a high-quality print, a large canvas, or a printed album.  We’re willing to bet that a large printed family portrait feels more real than looking at a digital image on your phone/computer. It evokes more emotion and feelings of connectedness.

And guess what? You know we want to help you experience that connectedness! Contact us for 20% off any print order through the end of April 2021.
